About NEO-RLS

Purpose: The Northeast Ohio Regional Library System (NEO-RLS) is a multi-type library consortium assisting member libraries to better meet the needs of their customers by creating opportunities to accomplish services and programs beyond individual capabilities and resources. NEO-RLS facilitates the work of member libraries through membership-driven services, professional development and responsible fiscal managment.

 

Mission: We embolden all libraries in Northeastern Ohio by providing professional development, technological innovations and opportunities for advocacy and building strategic alliances.

Vision:  The Northeast Ohio Regional Library System is the vanguard of library advocacy, efficacy, and possibility.

 

The following counties are in the NEO-RLS region: Ashland, Ashtabula, Carroll, Columbiana, Coshocton, Cuyahoga, Erie, Geauga, Harrison, Holmes, Knox, Lake, Lorain, Mahoning, Medina, Portage, Richland, Sandusky, Stark, Summit, Trumbull, Tuscarawas, Wayne.
