New Director at Columbiana Public Library
The Columbiana Public Library's Board of Trustees announced the appointment of Carol
Cobbs, the new Library Director. A graduate of Kent State University School of Library and
Information Science, she will begin her new duties on February 17, 1998. Ms. Cobbs
formerly worked at the Rodman Public Library in Alliance, Ohio. Welcome.
