The Kingsville Public Library is very
rich in the Western Reserve history. The library itself has been in operation as a
membership library since 1886. Currently funded by the State of Ohio as a school district
library, its collection is well over 40,000 books and has an annual circulation of 140,000
items. Join us in a brief visit of their website, then set aside some time to visit
longer.

You will want to visit the Special Collection pages of this
site. Dennis Kortyka's Astro-Photos will amaze and capture your interest. The Friends of
the Kingsville Public Library presented NOLA with a framed collection of Dennis'
photos, one which will always be treasured.

One on the interesting links includes:
The Blakeslee Cabin,
a step back in time to the pioneer days. The cabin which was built c.1810, is now owned
